Delivery and Returns
You may order any product from our website, subject to availability, however we reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason we consider valid.
We aim to dispatch products purchased from our website within 48 hours of receiving any such order order. We typically use a courier service, but may use other delivery services where we consider it appropriate. We will advise you by email of the item(s) dispatched. Should an item(s) be out of stock when your order is received by us, we will advise you by email of any expected future delivery date. You can then choose to continue or cancel the order (or part order). We will only debit your chosen method of payment for dispatched goods.
Damage to parcels and/or contents:
If a signature is required on delivery of the parcel(s) please ensure before signing that the parcel/s is intact and/or undamaged. We regret, if you accept a damaged parcel(s) you may not be entitled to either a refund or exchange. Please do not attempt to use products that are damaged. In using a damaged product, you will be deemed to have accepted the damage and this may affect your rights to an exchange or refund.
Exchanges or refunds will be processed when the returned item(s) have been received by Luck of Louth and comply with all our terms and conditions. Refunds will be given no more than 30 days after cancellation.
We recommend you obtain a certificate of posting and, for high value items especially, that you insure your parcel when returning item(s). We are unable to compensate for non-arrival or damage of parcels in transit to us.
Refunds will be made to the original card (or other payment method) which was used for the purchase. For exchanges, we will charge or refund any price difference to the original purchasing card account (or other payment method) on dispatch on the exchanged or replacement product(s).
The above does not affect your statutory rights, but it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure safe return of goods to Luck of Louth.
Free standard delivery on orders over £100. Excludes suitcases (see below)
Next day delivery* - £15 (for orders received before 1pm).
Orders under £100 - £4.95. Excludes suitcases (see below)
Standard Suitcase delivery charges - £10 per suitcase. For Next Day Delivery of suitcases, the standard £15 Next Day Delivery Charge per suitcase will also apply.
* Next day delivery excludes weekends and Public Holidays and will only be fulfilled on the next working day following the day we despatch the goods.
Additional products may be added to suitcase orders without additional carriage charges if the additional product will fit inside the suitcase. Please email or telephone if you would like further information regarding this service.
Some exceptions to delivery costs apply where multiple and/or particularly large or heavy items are concerned, and we reserve the right to levy different charges in these circumstances. Any different charges that may apply will be advised prior to processing any order. We will not charge you more than our illustrated charges without your prior agreement.
We regret we are unable to accept orders from outside the UK nor are we able to deliver orders outside the UK
You may request for your order to be sent to a different address if required, but this must be within the UK. We regret we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
Damaged Goods Received
In the event of you receiving goods in a damaged and/or faulty condition please email us: email@example.com or telephone 01507 607746 stating the nature of the damage and/or fault and what you would like us to do.
Goods received in a damaged and/or faulty condition must be returned to us unused and with all the original product tag(s) and product packaging intact.
Goods received in a damaged and/or faulty condition and returned to us, by you, will be subject to inspection by us and, should we deem it necessary, testing by the supplier prior to adjudication by us on the validity of the request for a refund or exchange.
Where a refund is requested by you and authorised by us this will include any original delivery charges. We will also refund any reasonable return carriage charges (please see our Terms and Conditions).
We allow 14 days approval on any item purchased from our website. Should you return products to us that are neither damaged and/or faulty we will either exchange or refund the full purchase price of the goods, but this will exclude any original delivery charges or return carriage costs.
To validate a return within the 14 day window, you must advise us either in writing or by email: firstname.lastname@example.org
All returned goods should be sent to us in an unmarked and unused condition, with any product tag(s) and product packaging still intact and undamaged. Please note that contamination with (but not limited to) smoking, cooking and other odours, constitutes damage and in these circumstances the returned goods may not qualify under our Terms and Conditions for an exchange or refund.

We would strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage. We cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of returned items.
All returned goods must be received by us in "As new, as despatched by Luck of Louth" condition, unused and unmarked, complete with any product tag(s) and product packaging which must also be in "As new, as despatched by Luck of Louth" condition. Please note the above Returns terms also apply.
We regret we cannot process any returned products which fail to comply with all our terms and conditions. We strongly recommend you exercise great care in unpacking and checking your purchase(s) as damage to any products or ticketing may result in us being unable to process a refund or exchange.
